Chemically inert polyethylene container includes a deep screw cap to provide maximum protection against breakage.

Once the cap is removed, slides project 12.7 mm (½") out of the jar for easy grip and clean handling. Internal grooves accept 5 to 10 microscope 25x75 mm (1x3") slides, or can be used as a specimen jar to hold vials up to 12 mL. The cap has a small loop for attachment of wired tags and should be taped for shipment.
