These sealed-edge wipers offer an extremely high sorptive capacity. Two layers of quilted polyester fabric are laser-cut and sealed together to create pockets where additional fluid can be trapped. This chemical- and abrasion-resistant wiper is ideal for general purpose cleaning and disinfectant application. Compatible with ISO Class 3 and 4 (FED-STD-209E Class 1/M1.5 and 10/M2.5) cleanrooms. Sterile wipers are gamma-irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level of 10^-6. HexaWipe™ wipers have six heat-sealed edges. Hexagonal shape readily distinguishes critical-use wipers from other, noncritical-use wipers.

These wipes have laser-cut, heat-sealed edges which reduce the number of releasable particles and fibers. They are laundered and packed in a class 4 cleanroom. Sterile Quiltec® wipes are sterilized via gamma irradiation, and a certificate of sterility is provided with each shipment.
