Natural convection ovens are economical and easy to use
The ovens feature a multitude of functions, stainless steel interiors, and an electro-galvanized steel sheet with melamine resin baking finish exteriors. Operation functions include a fixed-temperature operation, quick auto stop, and auto stop and start. A calibration offset, a power-failure compensation, and a key lock function are also included. Safety features include self-diagnostic functions, an hydraulic independent overheat prevention device, and electric leakage breaker with over-current protection.
The temperature setting can be digitally adjusted. Green LED lights display measurement temperatures, and red LED lights display setting temperatures. A SSR control adjusts the heater circuit. The exhaust port is made of two 33 mm pieces on the top of the ovens. The iron-chrome wire heater is 0.9 or 1.36 kW, depending on size.
