For precise environmental control, modelling short-term low temperature conditions. This broad range encompasses nearly every ambient environment on earth. Automatic, programmable, and accurate cycling between setpoints enables continuous simulation of harsh freezing and thawing conditions for rapid and repeatable materials testing.

  • Wide −25 to +70 °C temperature range for full simulation of freeze/thaw cycles and temperature excursions
  • Easy cycle programming through large-format color touchscreen
  • Feature up to 5 user-defined programs, with 50 individual steps, up to 255 loops, and a ramp based on any time or rate
  • Available humidity control

Caron's chambers are built for many types of freeze/thaw studies, including pharmaceutical drug excursion testing, concrete and asphalt testing, coating and adhesive testing, outdoor weathering tests, and food, beverage, and packaging testing.

Multiple optional accessories are also available to allow you to customize the chamber to match your specific needs.
