Lysogeny broth (LB)는 E. coli.의 번식과 유지에 사용되는 영양이 풍부한 배지입니다. 또한 플라스미드 DNA 및 재조합 단백질의 제조에도 널리 사용됩니다.

  • 사전 혼합 배지를 사용하여 시간 절약
  • 균일한 고품질 파우더

Formulation of 10 g tryptone, 10 g NaCl, and 5 g yeast extract (25 g powder total) per L of liquid broth.
The instructions included on the label state to prepare LB broth by dissolving 25 g powder per liter in deionized water.
