These bouffant caps are manufactured from strong, lightweight, and breatable spunbonded PP (SPP) fabric, which protects against dirt, grime, and certain dry particulates in nonhazardous environments.

To address the concern of bio-burden contamination, these bouffant caps are gamma irradiated to a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁴.
Packaging: Manufactured and packaged in an ISO Class 8 (FED-STF-209E Class 100000/M3.5) cleanroom. Packaged in sealed polyethylene bags, 10 per bag, contained within a larger carton liner. Each case is supplied with a certificate of irradiation.
