These 77,5 µm thick polyester films provide secure sealing around every well, not just a cover, thus minimising evaporation, preventing spillage and well-to-well contamination, and eliminating 'edge effects' in sensitive ELISA assays. Light reflective properties of the film, when used to seal clear bottom plates, maximise the sensitivity of bioluminescence and chemiluminescence assays in bottom-reading luminometers.
