RV+ two-stage rotary vane pumps provide reliability for stable operation, long product lifespan, and extended service intervals.

Reduced risk of chemical attacks and oil breakdown by diluting aggressive chemicals with a larger oil chamber
Cool running pump slows down oil breakdown rate
PTFE coating on inner casing and black oxide coating on pump module slows corrosion rate and extends service interval
Key features enable extended oil change intervals and lower maintenance costs
Gas ballast function protects the pump from condensable liquids
Low noise level for exceptionally quiet, undisturbed work
Anti-suck back valve in case of power failure

RV+ pumps have a compact design with modular construction to enable easy maintenance.

RV2.5+ pumps are ideal for freeze drying, vacuum ovens, Schlenk lines, backing turbo molecular pumps, degassing and vessel/chamber evacuation.

RV3+ pumps are ideal for Schlenk line (vacuum manifold), freeze dryer (lyophiliser), vacuum oven and other laboratory applications.

RV6+ pumps are ideal for vacuum concentrator, Schlenk line (vacuum manifold), freeze dryer (lyophiliser), vacuum oven and other laboratory applications.

RV8+ pumps are ideal for freeze dryer (lyophiliser), vacuum oven and other laboratory applications.

RV18+ pumps are ideal for freeze drying, vacuum ovens, HVAC/refrigeration service, coaters, backing diffusion pumps and turbo molecular pumps, metallurgy/vacuum furnaces, lamp manufacture, space simulation, degassing and vessel/chamber evacuation.

Ordering information: RV+ series pumps are supplied with mains connection cable IEC with CEE, UK and CH plug; vacuum pump oil and adapter-hose nozzle.

RV+ series packages include the mains connection cable IEC with CEE, UK and CH plug; vacuum pump oil; oil mist separator; ball valve; adapter-hose nozzles; clamping ring; centring ring and IEC male-female cable.

A 2 year warranty and a range of maintenance kits are available; contact your local Avantor representative for more information.
