INTERFERin™ siRNA Transfection Reagent, Polyplus-transfection

Powerful, ready-to-use siRNA reagents ensure reproducible transfection, and achieve over 90% silencing in a wide variety of cells. A 1mL volume of reagent is sufficient to perform 500 to 1000 transfections in 24-well plates. Compatible with the use of serum and antibiotics. Shipped with a refrigerant gel pack to avoid temperature variation, and require storage at 4°C (39°F). INTERFERin™-HTS is specifically designed for automated procedures.

Every batch of INTERFERin® is tested in house in a transfection assay on A549-Luc cells, constitutively expressing the Luciferase gene. The silencing efficiency obtained using 1 nM siRNA and INTERFERin® for each batch is indicated on the Certificate of Analysis.
