液体プロセスフィルターは、懸濁液中の粒子と液体を分離するために使用されます。フィルターを選定する際には、システムのニーズと要件に適したタイプを選ぶことが重要です。フィルターは主に3種類あり、カートリッジフィルター、CIP（定置洗浄）フィルター、バッグフィルターです。一部のモデルでは広い表面積がポンプのキャビテーションを防ぎ、ステンレス鋼やポリマー製のタイプは化学的適合性を備えています。

The Last Drop™ eluent filter utilises a flat element, which sits parallel to the bottom of the reservoir, allowing the filter to draw all but the last 2% of the eluent without drawing air into the system. The filter consists of a 316 stainless steel or PTFE filter element in an inert housing.
