Desiccants generate and maintain dry air by absorbing the moisture present. Indicating bead options are pre-washed with cobalt chloride to show moisture saturation level by turning colors. In addition to disposable beads, non-friable options are capable of regeneration by simple oven heating. Most desiccants utilize beads made of silica gel for its noncorrosive and inert characteristics.
