These ultra-low temperature freezers feature an innovative and reassuring 'Dual Cooling' safety cooling system. Two compressors are controlled individually and provide a very stable temperature of −86 °C. In case of failure on one circuit, the other will keep the freezer at a temperature near −70 °C, preserving the samples until a maintenance action is completed.
