Vials feature a 40% larger opening than standard vials and a uniformly flat bottom for security with inserts. Made from Type I, Class A borosilicate glass. Target I-D™ vials have a ceramic write-on ID patch with graduations at 0,5, 1,0 and 1,5 ml. Silanised vials help to limit protein adsorption.

Inserts are designed for wide opening 2 ml vials. Flat bottom MicroSert™ inserts are made from borosilicate glass. Conical-style Polyspring® inserts are available in borosilicate glass or PP.
