PYROSTAR Neo+ is a new endotoxin detection reagent developed by recombinant technology.
- Colorimetric method, can be used with absorption plate reader
- Same cascade reaction as Lysate reagent, conforms to traditional detection
- Endotoxin specific reagent, no false positive risk of (1→3)-β-D-glucan
- Determination range from 0,001 to 50 EU/ml
- High sensitivity, reagent reacts with endotoxin over a wide range
Combine with traditional lysate reagent and recombinant 3 factors (factor C, factor B, Proclotting Enzyme) from Limilus polyphemus. It is a high sensitive colorimetric assay specific for endotoxin.
