Optima™ Rotor Assembly, SW 28

The SW 28 Swinging-Bucket rotor is designed to centrifuge up to six tubes. Used in Beckman Coulter class H, R, and S preparative ultracentrifuges, these rotors develop centrifugal forces for the separation of subcellular particles and viruses in density gradients.

Major applications: Differential centrifugation of subcellular fractions and viruses (BECM342204, BECM342217).
