About this item

Corning® cellgro® COMPLETE formulation is based on a combination of 1:1 DMEM/F12, RPMI, and McCoy's 5A medium. This medium contains a proprietary mixture of selected trace elements and high molecular weight carbohydrates, extra vitamins, animal origin-free protein, and a small amount of high quality bovine serum albumin (1,0g/L). The Corning cellgro COMPLETE supports superior growth and viability over long-term passages in hybridomas, along with suspensions and adherent cell cultures.
