Amersham™ Hybond™-XL is a positively charged nylon membrane which is designed to give optimum signal-to-noise ratios when used with radioactively labelled probes. Amersham™ Hybond™-XL has a greater concentration and a more even distribution of positive charge than other charged nylon membranes. It retains all the features of other nylon membranes, including high binding capacity up to 600 µg/cm², efficient binding of small fragments, effective probe removal and exceptional properties for reprobing.
