Pierce™ Biotin 3' End DNA Labelling Kit

This Biotin 3' End DNA Labelling Kit is used for tagging single-stranded DNA primers with biotin for use in non radioactive electrophoretic mobility shift assays (EMSA) and other nucleic acid detection methods.

Delivery information: The kit contains sufficient reagents for 20 reactions (each with 5 pmol DNA) and includes 5X TdT Reaction Buffer,1 ml; TdT (terminal deoxynucleotidyl tranferase), 5 µl; Biotin-11-UTP,1 µl; unlabeled control oligo,14 µl; and biotin-control oligo,4 µl.
