DyLight™ Dyes have absorption spectra ranging from 350 nm to 770 nm and match the output wavelengths of common fluorescence instrumentation.

The DyLight™ dyes exhibit higher fluorescence intensity and photostability than Alexa Fluor®, CyDye® and LI-COR dyes in many applications and remain highly fluorescent over a broad pH range (pH 4 to 9). Additionally, the water solubility of the DyLight™ reagents allows a high dye-to-protein ratio without precipitation during conjugation.
