Convenient, ready-to-use single-use spin column, prepacked with 100 μl TALON® Superflow™ cobalt-IMAC (immobilized metal affinity chromatography) medium offering a different selectivity compared to nickel-charged media.

The columns make parallel preparations of few or many small-scale cell lysates quick and easy. Prepacked columns enable highly reproducible column to column purification and yield, with RSD <6%. Leakage of cobalt ions from TALON® Superflow™ medium is negligible.

His SpinTrap TALON® columns are used together with a standard microcentrifuge and purification takes approximately 10 minutes.
