The Vertex® manufacturing process cleans and converts wipes in an integrated, hands-free micro environment. The wipes are manufactured in an ISO class 3 environment with a small physical footprint which provides for a more sustainable process.

ClipperMop™ cleanroom mops are designed to use standard 230×230 mm (9×9'') and 310×310 mm (12×12'') cleanroom wipes, eliminating the need to qualify and inventory additional wipes or mop covers. The mophead uses non abrasive polyethylene clips to securely fasten one or more wipes to the head. The ClipperMop™ wipe attachment method does not release particles, fibres or dirt. The mop system can be sterilised by gamma irradiation, chemicals, vapourised hydrogen peroxide (VHP) or ethylene oxide (EtO). The powder-coated steel, telescopic handle extends from 73 to 134 cm.
