About this item

Easy, secure connections with any plastic tubing.

  • Manufactured from FDA compliant materials
  • NRV-51 listed for contact with food

With a single fitting, it is easy to create a secure connection between two tubing lines. Use these fittings in any manner of application, such as beverage/fluid handling and dispensing, vacuum service, low-pressure hydraulic and pneumatic systems, ink and dye transfer, lubricant and coolant lines, and chemical handling. The fitting includes an elastomer O-ring for positive compression on tubing to provide a reliable seal for pressure or vacuum applications. Sturdy design and excellent chemical compatibility make these fittings a sure choice for your needs.

To install, simply insert the tubing and push past the O-ring to the internal tube stop—the teeth of the internal collet grip the tubing for secure retention and a no-leak connection. Extra-deep tube seat
provides tubing support and eliminates the risk of side-load leakage. To release the tubing, simply push down on the collet against the fitting body. The collet teeth release, and the tubing may be easily extracted.

These fittings are an excellent choice with any rigid plastic tubing material, such as polyethylene, polypropylene, nylon, PTFE, PFA, FEP, and PVDF. With an optional tube support, they also handle
flexible materials such as vinyl or polyurethane; contact Cole-Parmer for more information.
