The flashBAC™ Baculovirus Expression System is designed for high yield protein production in insect and mammalian cells.

This system is a streamlined platform for the production of recombinant baculoviruses. Genetic optimisation of the Autographa californica nucleopolyhedrovirus (AcMNPV) genome yields recombinant virus in a single step and eliminates the need for separation of recombinant and parental virus by plaque purification.
