VWR® Cooling Bricks

VWR® cooling bricks are available in foam brick or gel filled pouch formats. The semi-rigid foam brick will holds its shape when refrigerated or frozen. The gel filled pouch can be refrigerated or frozen to keep products cold or frozen.

These packs are designed to safeguard temperature-sensitive products during storage and transport. They can be chilled in a freezer, refrigerator, or low temperature incubator and are effective when used with insulated shipping containers. Each cooling pack is vacuum sealed for consistent weight and shape. Phase changes at 0 °C and returns to foam state after thawing.
