This batch mill performs two different types of grinding; impact grinding of hard, brittle or non-elastic materials by means of the high-grade stainless steel beater, which can be used for samples with a Mohs hardness of up to six. The A 11 also provides cutting grinding, ideal for pulverising soft, fibrous materials with an optional cutting blade.
