Constructed of activated carbon and an adsorbent medium

Carbon-Block with Lead Reduction Cartridge is excellent for residential drinking water systems, commercial water coolers, and small deionized water recirculating systems. Unique formulation of powdered activated carbon briquette allows lead reduction**, fine sediment reduction (down to 0.5 µm, including Giardia and Cryptosporidium cysts), and chlorine reduction. Outer polypropylene wrap reduces coarse sediment to prolong cartridge life. Operating temperature is 40 to 100 °F (5 to 41 °C).
