Compression fittings are an excellent choice to connect rigid tubing systems and withstand higher pressures than barbed fittings. Assemble the fitting to the tubing by sliding the tubing through a sealing ferrule and using the nut to compress down to form a secure seal.

Choose nylon for good chemical resistance and higher temperature applications. Both nylon and polypropylene can be sterilized via ethylene oxide.
