You searched for: Vacuum Traps
Placing vacuum traps between an apparatus and vacuum source establishes a safe and controlled working system. The glassware protects the pump from the separated solvents while simultaneously preventing vapours from being emitted back into the system. Vacuum traps in reservoir, one piece, or two piece styles also guarantee that personnel will not be exposed to gases produced that could be harmful. Standard sized inlet and outlet stems can snugly fit regular stoppers.

Cold trap, type CP
Supplier: KGW
Cold traps are used in conjunction with vacuum pumps to collect condensation produced from humidity or solvents and these cold traps can be used for many different tasks. The most common application is gas cleaning, drying and condensation process. Model CP 1 has got an additional vacuum flange NW 16 with a vacuum gauge.

Cold traps, type KF NW
Supplier: KGW
Simple cold traps, which are also known as cold finger condensers, are used in conjunction with vacuum pumps and the condensation Produced from humidity or solvents these cold traps can be used for many different tasks. With glass vacuum flanges you are able to connect this cold trap directly to the metal flanges of a high vacuum pump.
Made from borosilicate glass 3.3, in compliance with DIN/ISO 3585.

Cold traps, Type KF
Supplier: KGW
Cold traps are used in conjunction with vacuum pumps to collect condensation produced from humidity or solvents. Model KF cold traps have a GL 32 glass thread together with a screw-on cap (spout), through which the condensate can easily be poured out of the cold trap. Made from borosilicate glass 3.3, in compliance with DIN/ISO 3585.

Cold trap, Type GKF
Supplier: KGW
This cold trap is a complete version in which the dewar flask is bonded to the cold trap, because of its design, this version has got two free walls for condensation. It is therefore particularly suited for trapping a high level of condensate from humidity, or solvents. This cold trap is equipped with a valve for draining off the condensate. It has got viewing strips as standard so that the LN₂ coolant level can easily be monitored. The standard cold trap is provided with conical ground joint connections NS 29/32.

Cold trap, type S
Supplier: KGW
Type S cold trap has a conical ground joint NS 45/40 as connection part. The condensation area can be separated from the upper section of cold trap. Therefore it is easy to pour out the condensate and to clean the whole cold trap. The connection part NS 45/40 is secured by a spring clamp out of steel.
