The webinar will present methods to analyze glycosylation of antibodies. As glycosylation of the Fc region of a therapeutic antibody influences its mode of action, glycan patterns are frequently analyzed:
- In development to monitor success of Fc-optimization
- In upstream development to screen the influence of production conditions on glycosylation
- During manufacturing to monitor the process
- In the final product for quality control, stability testings and comparisons between production lots
HPLC-based methods are presented that analyze Fc glycosylation and its functional consequences. We compare them and clarify which method is suitable for which question.
