Anion exchange resins are polymer-based media developed for the separation of biomolecules including monoclonal antibodies and oligonucleotides. Several of these resins are available in multiple particle sizes allowing for their use in capture, intermediate purification or polishing process steps.

TOYOPEARL DEAE-650 is a weak anion exchange resin for biomolecule purification. It has high chemical and mechanical stability, allowing cleaning-in-place (CIP) and very high flow rates. It is frequently used in plasma fractionation and for the purification of recombinant blood coagulation factors.
TOYOPEARL SuperQ-650 media is a strong anion exchanger for biomolecule purification. It can be used for high throughput capture, intermediate purification, and polishing process steps.

TOYOPEARL GigaCap Q-650 media are high capacity anion exchange resins optimised for the capture and purification of both small and large proteins, including oligonucleotides and monoclonal antibodies. This media is specifically designed for packed bed use.
TOYOPEARL GigaCap DEAE-650M is a very high capacity anion exchange resin.

TOYOPEARL QAE-550 resin is a strong anion exchanger useful for purification of proteins up to 100 kD. It is used for high throughput capture of feedstocks.
TOYOPEARL NH2-750F media is a salt tolerant anion exchange resin capable of aggregate removal in both flow-through and binding and elution modes. This resin is ideal for process scale applications from the capture of proteins from biological feedstock.

TSKgel SuperQ-5PW media is a strong anion exchanger whereas TSKgel DEAE-5PW media is a weak anion for biomolecule purification. Its small particle size makes it an excellent choice for polishing and high-performance resolution steps.
