Electrophoresis fixing trays made of LDPE.

• Suitable for use in electrophoresis destaining of large gels
• Provides slow and controlled drain rate to avoid disturbing the gel
• Hooks on the rim of the tray hold tubing

It allows the user to drain the fixing solution and then place filter paper on top of the gel while it rests in the tray. Extraction of the plates is facilitated by 9,5 mm square ridges running lengthwise that hold the plate off the tray. Drain stopcock in the side with Vikem® vinyl tubing (1,8 m) with 13 mm int.Ø, permits more complete drainage of fluid into a receptacle.
