Thermowell® 96-well Models M and P PCR microplates are made from polycarbonate and fit most commonly used thermal cyclers. These plates have clear, round wells with a conical bottom and a volume of 200 µl.

For oil-free operation, the plate must be used with sealing tape or a sealing mat and used in conjunction with thermal cyclers that have heated lids.

Model P: Compatible with Perkin Elmer GeneAmp9600, Thermolyne Amplitron 2, Techne Cyclogene and GeneE (96×0,2 ml Block).

Model M: Compatible with MJ Research PTC-100-96, PTC-200 DNA Engine, Biometra UNO, Hybaid OmniGene with Microblock.
