The EasySep™ Human CD15 Positive Selection Kit is designed to isolate CD15+ cells from ammonium chloride lysed blood or other nucleated cell suspensions by positive selection. Desired cells are targeted with antibody complexes recognising CD15 and dextran-coated magnetic particles. labelled cells are separated using an EasySep™ magnet without the use of columns. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. The CD15 antigen is expressed on monocytes and granulocytes.
