The Magicard Prima 8 printer provides a compact, reliable and robust solution for instant issuance and lamination.

  • Add this laminator to the Prima 8 Uno printer to automatically print and protect your cards in one operation
  • Reinforce the protection of your card by applying a protective film
  • Visual safety - holographic protective films and UV films available
  • Application: Health and hospital labeling, facility identification, safety identification, general identification

Using a retransfer printing process, images are first printed onto a thin film and then thermally transferred to the card surface. This produces a high-resolution glossy image, printed to the edges of the card.
