DENARASE® ELISA kit
Product Details & Documents
For the quantitative analysis of residual Serratia marcescens endonucleases in process samples. The kit consists of a pre-coated micro test plate and ready to use reagents. The capacity of 1 kit is 480 measurements.
• Working range: 32 - 1000 pg/ml
• The intra- and inter-assay coefficients of variation (CV) are typically below 10%
Key benefits:
• Short incubation times help to save up to 50% time compared to competitor kits
• Reliable detection and quantification with a very broad working range at low endonuclease concentrations
Includes: Microtest plate (ready to use 96 wells (12 strips of 8 wells), pre-coated with a monoclonal), Washing buffer (Tris buffered saline containing surfactant and preservative, 10x concentrate 3×100 ml), Dilution buffer (10x) (Tris buffered saline containing surfactant and preservative, 10x concentrate 1×20 ml), DENARASE Standard (10 µg/ml) (DENARASE endonuclease in a buffered solution with preservative 1×0,1 ml), Detector antibody (100x) (monoclonal antibody specific for Serratia marcescens endonuclease, conjugated to biotin, in a buffered solution with preservative, 100x concentrate 1×0,75 ml), Enzyme conjugate (100x) (Streptavidin-conjugated horseradish peroxidase in stabilised solution, 100x concentrate 1×0,75 ml), Substrate solution (TMB One Substrate solution, ready to use 1×75 ml), Stop solution (0,5 M sulphuric acid, 1×75 ml).
The kit is for research and manufacturing use only and is not intended for diagnostic procedures.
