Aflatoxin G1-13C17 is the 13C isotope-labeled analog of the mycotoxin, aflatoxin.
It may be used as an analytical standard for the determination of aflatoxin G1 in food grade gums as well as milk, milk-based infant formula, and feed samples by stable isotope dilution and liquid chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
