This assay has been developed for researchers that do not have experience performing enzyme immunoassays (ELISA’s). It can be used as a practice tool allowing you to become comfortable with running Cayman ELISA’s. Practicing these assays can help to decrease errors when samples, time, and costs are at risk. This kit contains enough reagents to run at least four complete standard curves, including blank wells, NSB wells, and maximum binding (B₀) wells.
