Screen-Well™ REDOX library contains 84 compounds with defined prooxidant or antioxidant activity.

A variety of structurally and mechanistically different compound classes are included such as hydroperoxides, polyphenolics, metal chelators, thiols, thiol traps, radical scavengers, lazaroids and glutathione modulators as well as small molecule enzyme mimetics for SOD and glutathione peroxidase. The library is a useful tool for studying the roles of pro- and antioxidant molecules in cells as well as for use in in vitro applications.

Compounds are dissolved in DMSO at 10 mM and aliquoted into deep-well plates.

Stable for one year from the date of receipt when stored at –80 °C and shipped on dry ice.
