The fluid dynamic impeller assemblies to assure optimal lift of microcarrier beads at very low mixing speeds, the domed vessel bottom prevents microcarrier accumulations, positive-locking compression seal provides adjustable impeller assembly height, constructed of non-cytotoxic material, flasks inside surface siliconized on request.
