Human FGF-21 ELISA kit is designed for the quantification of human fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF-21) in serum, plasma and cell culture supernate samples.
FGF21 is a novel protein that has been implicated in the regulation of lipid and glucose metabolism under fasting and ketotic conditions.
Delivery: Kit includes micro-titre strips, wash buffer (10×50 ml), assay buffer (5×20 ml), detection antibody solution (100×0,12 ml), lyophilised human FGF-21 standard, STP-HRP solution (200×0,06 ml), substrate solution (12 ml), stop solution (12 ml).
