Anti-CD1A Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (CF568) [clone: CB-T6]
Supplier: Biotium
At least five CD1 genes (CD1a, b, c, d, and e) are identified. CD1 proteins have been demonstrated to restrict T cell response to non-peptide lipid and glycolipid antigens and play a role in non-classical antigen presentation. CD1a is a non-polymorphic MHC Class 1 related cell surface glycoprotein, expressed in association with Beta-2 microglobulin. Anti-CD1a labels Langerhans cell histiocytosis (Histiocytosis X), extranodal histiocytic sarcoma, a subset of T-lymphoblastic lymphoma/leukemia, and interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma of the lymph node. When combined with antibodies against TTF-1 and CD5, anti-CD1a is useful in distinguishing between pulmonary and thymic neoplasms since CD1a is consistently expressed in thymic lymphocytes in both typical and atypical thymomas, but only focally in 1/6 of thymic carcinomas and not in lymphocytes in pulmonary neoplasms. Anti-CD1a is reported to be a new marker for perivascular epithelial cell tumor (PEComa).

Anti-CNNM3 Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody (Alexa Fluor® 350)
Supplier: Bioss
Cyclin M3 is a 707 amino acid multi-pass membrane protein that shares weak sequence similarity with cyclin proteins, yet displays no cyclin-like function in vivo. Though ubiquitously expressed, Cyclin M3 is found at highest levels in kidney, brain, spleen and heart. Cyclin M3 is localized to the nucleus where it is likely a metal transporter. Cyclin M3 contains two CBS domains, which appear to bind ligands with an adenosyl group such as AMP, ATP and S-AdoMet and may play a regulatory role in sensitizing proteins to adenosyl-carrying ligands. There are three isoforms of Cyclin M3 that are produced as a result of alternative splicing events.

Anti-CBS Rabbit Polyclonal Antibody
Supplier: ProSci Inc.
CBS is involved in the transsulfuration pathway. The first step of this pathway, from homocysteine to cystathionine, is catalyzed by this protein. CBS deficiency can cause homocystinuria which affects many organs and tissues, including the eyes and the skeletal, vascular and central nervous systems. The protein encoded by this gene is involved in the transsulfuration pathway.
