Swabs for culture media, ready-to-use, Compact Dry

CompactDry Swabs for surfaces, meat, fish and poultry. New design with swabs pre immersed in 1 ml buffer, ready for use with a self-standing tube and a high visibility blue cap and swab.

NRS (Neutralising Rinse Solution): Universal neutralising solution suitable for testing most disinfected surfaces within the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

PBS (Phosphate Buffered Saline): Designed for environmental/surface sample collection for the food and beverage industry.

LTE (Letheen Broth): Used to sample surfaces treated with a quaternary ammonium-based disinfectants (neutralizing agent), also recommended by the FDA for use in the microbiological testing of cosmetics.

BPW (Buffer Peptone Water): Sampling previously cleaned surfaces specifically for the recovery of Salmonella species which have been sub lethally injured.

Each batch is:
- tested according to ISO 11133:2014 as required for ISO 18593:2018.
- tested for sterility, indicated by the absence of aerobes and anaerobes, after 10 days incubation at 30 °C.
