Masterflex® Pressure Booster Pump Systems, Avantor®

Pump system automatically adjusts speed to maintain set pressure.

• Maximum flow range of 25 to 100 GPM│NEMA 1 or NEMA 4 variable frequency drive controller with corresponding main disconnect
• Three-phase input line voltage (single-phase systems are available)

Pump supply booster systems feature a stainless steel centrifugal pump. System is controlled by the variable frequency drive (VFD) which features an LCD and adjustable pressure range; choose the VFD with either a NEMA 1 or NEMA 4 rated enclosure and main disconnect.

System has a small footprint of approximately 30" x 30" (76.2 x 76.2 cm), and has a 1.5" NPT(F) suction and discharge connection. Piping, valve, and drain bodies are made from brass to meet most needs.

Additional options are available: stainless steel piping upgrade, suction check valve (bronze), unions (bronze), low suction shutoff, and low suction shutoff with alarm.
