Isolate highly purified CD33+ and CD66b+ myeloid cells, including myeloid progenitor cells, granulocytes, and monocytes, from fresh whole blood prior to chimerism testing.

Desired cells are targeted with tetrameric antibody complexes recognising CD33, CD66b, and dextran-coated magnetic particles, and separated without the use of columns through immunomagnetic positive selection using an EasySep™ magnet. Cells of interest remain in the tube while unwanted cells are poured off. This product has replaced the EasySep™ Human Whole Blood Myeloid Positive Selection Kit for automated immunomagnetic cell isolation.

: Product Restrictions: (i) Customer shall not make products or any portion of them, in any way, shape or form, including as a component of another product available for the purpose of further resale or alter or remove the Product label and the Supplier's mark of origin without express written permission of Supplier; and (ii) Customer is familiar with Supplier's restrictions on the use of the Products and shall use the Products in compliance with such restrictions and the applicable Supplier Product Information sheet (collectively, the 'Product Restrictions').
