Kit contains optimised components (cell lysis buffer, luciferase substrate and luciferase assay buffer) to ensure maximal sensitivity with a consistent light output.
Fast and easy, accurate and linear, this kit detects and quantify firefly luciferase in transfected eukaryotic cells reaching high sensitivity level. Since the light emission is constant (>15 min) when using this kit, there is no need to use an automated luminometer for substrate injection. Emitted light is recorded by a standard luminometer at 560 nm.
