These silicone rubber sponge stoppers are ideal for bacteriology, for long-termcultures, for filling and sterilising culture media and for the cultivating aerobic micro-organisms. Allows half the evaporation associated with regular cotton stoppers.

  • Can be sterilised approx. 300 times at 180 °C for 10 hours
  • Not hygroscopic
  • Porous
  • Washable and reusable
  • Flexible, for test tubes and flasks
