ABsolute™ qPCR Capillary Mixes contain an optimised reaction buffer specifically designed to provide the highest possible sensitivity, specificity and consistent end-point values in real time instruments that use glass capillaries, such as the Roche LightCycler®. The 2X mixes contain all the components necessary to perform quantitative PCR, with the exception of template and primers/probes.
