Affinity chromatography columns, HiTrap™ MabSelect™ PrismA
These columns are prepacked with MabSelect™ PrismA protein A chromatographyn resin that has been improved with an optimised high-flow agarose base matrix and a genetically engineered protein A-derived ligand, allowing efficient cleaning between purification runs. These columns are suitable for purifying antibodies with affinity chromatography in research and process development.

- Excellent alkaline stability enables efficient cleaning and sanitisation using 0,5 to 1,0 M NaOH
- Convenient HiTrap™ format for easy connection to a syringe, peristaltic pump, or chromatography system such as an ÄKTA system

The columns are made of biocompatible PP that does not interact with biomolecules.
