Each BupH dry-blend pack makes ready-to-use PBS with 0,1 M sodium phosphate, 0,15 M NaCl buffer at pH 7,2 when dissolved in 500 ml of water.
BupH MES-Buffered Saline Packs are pouches of dry-blended powder that make optimized amine-free and carboxyl-free buffer. When dissolved in 500 ml of water, the buffer contains 0,1 M 2-(N-morpholino) ethanesulfonic acid (MES), 0,9% sodium chloride at pH 4,7 for carbodiimide (EDC) crosslinking and conjugation reactions.

BupH Carbonate-Bicarbonate Buffer Packs are pouches of dry-blended powder that are each sufficient to make 500 ml of alkaline (pH 9,4) sodium-carbonate (carb-bicarb) buffer. This buffer is used for coating or binding capture-antibodies and other proteins onto polystyrene microplates for ELISA and other plate assays. When dissolved in 500 ml of water, each pack makes 0,2 M carbonate-bicarbonate at pH 9,4.
