You searched for: Bromobimane (mBBr)
Bromobimaneis one of the most prevalent thiol-reactive fluorescent tags and is extensively used to identify various thiol-containing biomolecules such as glutathione in cells. It is fluorogenic upon reacting with thiol-containing molecules. It can be stored at -20°C desiccated and protected from light. The available flow cytometry stains for cellular glutathione were evaluated, and fluorescent labeling was used to label thiol groups and disulfides.
